Our approach
Tetonalli Counseling was created to help provide high quality mental health care that is both low cost and easily accessible.
We currently provide individual and group counseling, online and/or in-person.
In-person counseling services are only available for children and teens who live within the 75212 zip code of Dallas, Texas.
We are currently open to seeing all ages, with focus in working with children, adolescents and young adults.
Specializations include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family and relationships, social skills, psychoeducation, attachment, ADD/ADHD, Autism, ODD, ED, identity, LGBTQ+, multicultural, trauma, crisis and coping skills.
Modalities used include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused, Multicultural, Motivational/Strengths-based, Person-centered, Humanistic, and Interpersonal.
